Comedy Central’s Rob Lowe Roast ceremony was held at the Sony lot Saturday night, and the lineup was bizarre. Celebrities such as Ralph Macchio, Peyton Manning, Jewel, and Ann Coulter were in attendance, according to Deadline. “Welcome to the Ann Coulter Roast With Rob Lowe,” began political commentator Ann Coulter. This was incredibly fitting, as it turned out she was roasted more than Lowe. “Ann describes herself as a polemicist but most people call her a c***,” said Saturday Night Live‘s Pete Davidson, who also muttered “a racist c***” under his breath. “What is it like to be a real life super-villain,” asked comedian Nikki Glaser. “The only person you’ll ever make happy is the Mexicans that dig your grave.” Coulter, of course, seemed to enjoy it all, and admitted she was there to promote her new book, In Trump We Trust, which only made everyone roast her more. She also used the opportunity to make jabs at Hillary Clinton: “Why is Jeff Ross at every Roast?” she asked about the so-called RoastMaster General. “He think he deserves it, everybody else just goes along with it. He’s like Hillary Clinton.”

As for Rob Lowe, nothing was off-limits, even his infamous 1988 sex tape with a 16-year-old girl, and a five-second clip of the tape was shown during the opening of the ceremony. “Truly Rob, roasting you wasn’t easy. What can I say that hasn’t been said in court by three nannies, a chef, and an underage girl from Atlanta?” said Jeff Ross. They even joked about Lowe’s struggles with drug abuse. “Rob was in the movie The Outsiders back in the day,” said  David Spade. “His character was Sodapop because he was 98 percent coke.” Watch Comedy Central’s Roast of Rob Lowe on Labor Day.
