We’re looking for a CBS actor, intelligent, clearly comfortable and easily accepted in middle-class suburban homes, who absolutely loves to kick. Thomas Gibson, who portrays agent Aaron Hotchner on CBS's Criminal Minds, has been suspended from at least one and possibly two episodes of the show following an incident during shooting. According to Deadline, Gibson allegedly kicked a producer, whom they identify as executive producer Virgil Williams. In addition to the suspension, Gibson has apparently been removed from his planned directorial duties for the season. While this might seem like an open-and-shut case, we've only just started the story, so it's probably going to turn out to be the boom operator or the emotionally disturbed woman who turns people into living dolls or something.

Update: In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, Gibson acknowledged there were creative differences and a disagreement on set. "I regret that it occurred," Gibson said. "We all want to work together as a team to make the best show possible. We always have and we always will."
