It’s been a cool and calculating wait, but the time is finally nigh for Demi Moore’s Striptease revenge. Deadline reports that Moore has joined Rock That Body, an R-rated comedy about a bachelorette weekend gone awry when the male stripper ends up dead. The already stacked cast counts among it Scarlett Johansson, Ilana Glazer, Kate McKinnon, Jillian Bell, and Zoe Kravitz as the central five friends who head to a Miami beach house for bachelorette festivities. There’s no word yet on who Moore’ll play, but, c’mon, doesn’t wisened stripper just feel redemptive and right? Broad City’s Paul W. Downs and Lucia Aniello wrote the film, with the script landing on last year’s Black List of industry favorites. Moore’s is the only Rock That Body casting news to come down the pike of late, so Dwayne Johnson is presumably still in very early talks for his starring role as “steady as.”
