Over the weekend, Justin Timberlake and his fellow former boy-band members took to social media to share their seemingly very complicated feelings about former manager and producer Lou Pearlman. Pearlman died in prison on Friday while serving time for a host of fraud and mismanagement charges. In addition to Timberlake, *NSYNC members Lance Bass and Chris Kirkpatrick, Backstreet Boys’ AJ McLean, O-Town’s Ashley Parker Angel and Jacob Underwood, LFO’s Brad Fischetti, and Aaron Carter, singer and younger brother of Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter, expressed both fondness for Pearlman and disappointment, painting a picture of a man liked by most of his clients, even as he swindled many of them out of their earnings.
