In its third season, AMC's Halt and Catch Fire is rebooting in 1986 Silicon Valley, where Cameron (Mackenzie Davis) and Donna (Kerry Bishé) try to get their Texas-founded start-up off the ground in a major way. That means hiring new coders, like Ryan Ray, played by The Hundred-Foot Journey's Manish Dayal, who is full of ideas, but not all that good at getting them across. His first pitch, seen in the video above, doesn't sail with Cameron and Donna, mostly because it's Mr. Robot fan-theory-level incomprehensible. Still, he's got a few more ideas in his pocket. You'll hear about those when Halt and Catch Fire returns on August 23.
