A Little Life Might Become a TV Show

A Little Life.

A Little Life may be coming to the small screen: Author Hanya Yanagihara announced on the book’s Facebook page on Tuesday that producer Scott Rudin and director Joe Mantello have bought the rights to her critically acclaimed 2015 novel. According to Yanagihara, the duo are shopping the adaptation to various networks and streaming services as a “limited series,” the same format Showtime is using for Jonathan Franzen’s Purity. A lot of books get optioned without ever actually turning into anything, but still, this is the perfect time to start fan-casting your ideal Little Life TV show. Robert Sheehan as Jude?
