Born-to-Read Bruce Springsteen Is Going on an 8-City Book Tour

True to the name of his memoir (and famous chart-topping single) Born to Run, Bruce Springsteen can’t stop, won’t stop in 2016. Following over eight months on the road performing epic, personal-record-breaking sets on his River Tour, Springsteen will go right back out on the road to promote his new memoir, Born to Run. The book, which delves into the Boss’s career and personal battles with clinical depression, is set to be released on September 27, while the memoir’s companion album, Chapter and Verse, which includes five unreleased tracks, will be available September 23. The book tour kicks off in Freehold, New Jersey (where else?), before coming to New York, Philadelphia, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York (again), and Cambridge, Massachusetts.
