election 2016

Joss Whedon and His Many Famous Friends Want You to Vote — Preferably, Not for Trump

If there’s one thing that could sway this election, it’s rich and famous liberals explaining that voting for a Republican would be bad. That’s the theme of the first ad produced by Joss Whedon’s new super-pac Save the Day, which sees actors like Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Keegan-Michael Key, and Matt McGorry explaining how important it is to vote this November. It’s so important, in fact, that someone holds up a white sign saying “Vote.” The good news is, if enough people vote, Ruffalo’s co-stars promise he will shoot a full-frontal nude scene in his next movie. Powerful.
