Roy Wood Jr. and Jordan Klepper Put North Carolina’s HB2 Law to the Test on ‘The Daily Show’

Here’s a clip from last night’s Daily Show, where correspondent Roy Wood Jr. heads down to Raleigh to put North Carolina’s HB2 law, or “bathroom bill,” to the test by setting up a fake barbecue food truck and refusing service to anyone he suspects might be gay. Wood brings correspondent Jordan Klepper along to help him run the truck – also because he has excellent discrimination skills. “Look, your gay taste buds aren’t even calibrated to enjoy straight mac and cheese,” Klepper tells one of the food truck customers. “They’re more cultivated to enjoy things like cilantro and…penis.”
