Young Frankenstein Will Screen in Over 500 Theaters With a Live Intro by Mel Brooks


If you're blue and you don't know where to go to, why don't you go ... see Young Frankenstein? Fathom Events and 20th Century Fox announced Tuesday that Young Frankenstein will be playing in more than 500 theaters on October 5, reports EW. It will be a special, one-night-only presentation with a live intro by the film’s director, Mel Brooks. In the intro, Brooks will reminisce about Gene Wilder, who passed away in August, and tour the 20th Century Fox lot where most of the film was made. Recently, Brooks remembered his 'dear friend' Gene Wilder on The Tonight Show. Watch the trailer for Young Frankenstein below:
