Fans of Charlie Puth in Nashville, St. Louis, Denver, and other cities are going to have to wait to see the 24-year-old pop singer another day. On Twitter Sunday, Puth announced that we was canceling the remaining dates to his Don’t Talk tour, which was scheduled to wrap up November 8 in Los Angeles. “I have been extremely sick pushing through these dates and haven’t taken the time my body needs to recover,” Puth explained. “Resting and taking time off the road is the only way I can get better and start performing for you again.”

The tour, which is in support of Puth’s 2016 album, Nine Track Mind, started in September. While Puth did not announce any specific make-up dates, he promised his fans in the announcement, “I will do whatever I can to make it up to you.” Should the R&R work, the former YouTube celebrity will recover in time to take his place in the star-studded Jingle Ball tour.
