David Crosby Thinks Kanye West Can’t Sing, Write, or Play Music

Better call Stills, Nash, and Young for backup, because David Crosby has inadvertently initiated a war with Kanye West’s devoted fan base. The rock legend, for some delightful reason, stopped by Andy Cohen’s popular Watch What Happens Live Bravo talk show last night to discuss his new album and generally hang, and when prompted by Cohen to divulge some current opinions on modern musicians, Crosby made it clear that he’s no fan of Yeezy’s musical stylings. “He can neither sing, nor write, nor play,” he said. “The thing that bugs me about him is the ‘I’m the greatest living rock star.’ Somebody needs to drive him over to Stevie Wonder’s house right now so he understands what a real one is. Secondly, they should send him all of Ray Charles’s catalogue so he can learn how to sing.” Try to Turn! Turn! Turn! the other cheek, Yeezy enthusiasts.
