The Good Wife Spinoff Has a Title That Sounds Pretty Darn Familiar (It’s The Good Fight)

Hey, the font's even the same.

After a long brainstorming session that presumably ended with an executive saying, "Hey, let's just settle on slant rhyme," CBS has revealed the title of its The Good Wife spinoff: The Good Fight. Starring Christine Baranski, Cush Jumbo, and Sarah Steele as their characters from the original series, and Rose Leslie as a newcomer named Maia, the series picks up a year after the end of The Good Wife's finale, when the characters all team up in the wake of financial ruin. The show will premiere on CBS All Access in February 2017. Presumably the leads, alongside recurring star Bernadette Peters, will fight the good fight — though how good is that fight, really?
