We wouldn't blame you for thinking Isla Fisher and Amy Adams are the same exact person, which makes the fact that the two actresses both star in Tom Ford's new psychological thriller Nocturnal Animals as the real and fictional versions of the same person all the more confusing. But hold on, did you honestly think Fisher wasn't aware of the uncanny resemblance between her and her fellow redhead? Just like Bryce Dallas Howard expertly alerting the world that she is not, in fact, Jessica Chastain — or is she? — Fisher decided to have a little bit of fun and simultaneously bring some holiday cheer to her family and friends. When asked by Today if she and Adams get mistaken for each other often, Fisher divulged that she and her husband, Sacha Baron Cohen, swapped out her face for Adams's on their annual holiday greeting card. "I cut-and-pasted Amy Adams' face over mine, so it was Sacha, Amy, and the kids, and then we said Seasons greetings from Sacha and Isla," she said. "And no one noticed. Everyone was like, oh, your card was so cute. I was like, it was a joke, it's not me, it's Amy!" Good to know the wife of Borat is just as interested in creating some awkward situations.
