While the media is busy accusing the Country Music Association of washing out its Beyoncé coverage, and the CMA is busy refuting such claims, Natalie Maines of the Dixie Chicks is already putting the Association in her rearview. The singer said today on Twitter that she never anticipated performing at the CMAs ever again, and it seems that she doesn’t have any plans to do so in the future — which would have been hard to do anyway, since she and her fellow Dixie Chicks burned the whole place to the ground with Beyoncé last night — as she made clear once again on Twitter this afternoon.
