While Daily Show’s Hasan Minhaj took on the Trump-free White House Correspondents’ Dinner over the weekend, Full Frontal’s Samantha Bee hosted her own DC special, the Not the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, on Saturday too. Thanks to some help from the Full Frontal correspondents, Allison Janney, Jake Tapper, and a special guest appearance by Will Ferrell as George W. Bush (“How do you like me now?!”), Bee celebrated the free press, stuck up for facts, roasted Donald Trump and his administration, and envisioned an alternate reality where Hillary Clinton won the election.
