Here’s a clip from last night’s Daily Show, where correspondent Hasan Minhaj sits down with Preet Bharara, the former US Attorney who was suspiciously fired by Donald Trump back in March after he refused to resign. Minhaj and Bharara talk obstruction of justice as well as Trump demanding loyalty from his administration, and while Minhaj tries to get some spoilers about the special investigation, Bharara doesn’t budge. “Come on, just tell me how the season ends. We’re like 200 days in and I just can’t handle it anymore, man,” Minhaj says. “Look, justice can’t be binge-watched,” Bharara responds. Minhaj also takes advantage of the opportunity to show his parents why it’s a good thing he became a comedian instead of a lawyer, and Bharara is a great sport in helping Hasan make that message crystal clear to Mrs. and Mr. Minhaj.
