Patton Oswalt is heading to Netflix this fall with a brand new standup special. According to Entertainment Weekly, Oswalt’s new hourlong standup special Patton Oswalt: Annihilation will debut on the streaming network Tuesday, October 17th. Filmed at Chicago’s Athenaeum Theatre, the special follows Oswalt as he covers “social media, robocalls, and, yes, the political climate” as well as parenthood and coping with the death of his wife Michelle McNamara, who died suddenly last year just a day before Oswalt’s last Netflix standup special, Talking for Clapping, premiered.
