Here’s a clip from last night’s Late Night, where Seth Meyers takes “A Closer Look” at Trump continuing to brag about his terrible response to Puerto Rico and using Twitter to escalate the tension with North Korea. “So all the careful diplomacy and bargaining and angling just goes out the window with one tweet,” Meyers says. “It’s like everyone is playing an intense game of Jenga and Trump is the rambunctious golden retriever barging through the doggy door.” Meyers also responds to the news that Secretary of State Rex Tillerson threatened to resign this summer and called Trump a “fucking moron.” “Man, to think a guy’s a moron and then be forced to publicly say he’s smart… I guess when your name is Rex you’re gonna be good at rolling over. ‘Good boy, Rex!’”
