Netflix just dropped some last-minute surprise news: In addition to the release of Dave Chappelle’s Equanimity on New Year’s Eve, the streaming network will also release another special from Chappelle titled The Bird Revelation. Equanimity was filmed at the Warner Theater in Washington DC in September, while The Bird Revelation was filmed at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles on November 20th. The specials will mark Chappelle’s third and fourth specials for Netflix in 2017 following The Age of Spin and Deep in the Heart of Texas earlier this year. Check out a promo for both specials above.
