It’s that time of year again, the event that should really just be an American holiday at this point: WrestleMania 35 is upon us. Jimmy Fallon decided to celebrate by doing what he does best: get stars to do ridiculous things. Somewhat wisely, he assigned the WWE Superstars, including Braun Strowman, Carmella, Drew McIntyre, Alexa Bliss, Kofi Kingston and Seth Rollins, a decidedly less embarrassing task than say, getting sprayed in the face with water. He simply had them deliver threats (or “cut promos” as they say in the biz) that were written by kids. But it looks like Fallon might have been in some trouble at the end there, likely thanks to the rising tensions between the WWE and Fallon’s NBC co-workers Colin Jost and Michael Che, who will be appearing this weekend at WrestleMania.
