A Hellboy and a Favourite are in talks to join the Marvel Universe. In a pair of scoops, Variety reported that Rachel Weisz is in talks for a “key role” in the stand-alone Black Widow movie, and according to The Hollywood Reporter, David Harbour is also about to board the project. Neither has a specific role attached to these news breaks, of course, because these things must be kept top secret, and all we really know about the plot is it’s set “internationally” and focuses on Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha Romanoff, a.k.a. Black Widow. Cate Shortland is directing a script from Jac Schaeffer, and regardless of who Weisz is in line to play, Schaeffer should write in as many fully latex outfits as possible for her. It’s what the people want from their top queen, and it’s what the people need.
