If you’re looking for some more content from Adam Sandler’s Saturday Night Live hosting debut, look no further, because the show released a new “Cut for Time” sketch that’s a special treat for all the Pete Davidson fans out there. The clip features the return of Davidson’s emotionless dudebro character Chad, who temporarily dies due to a very preventable microwave accident only to meet his dad, Brad (Adam Sandler), for the first time during his brief visit to the afterlife. Both men are about as excited to see each other as you might expect if you’re familiar with the Chad sketches, but they do both get a kick out of Mikey Day’s character saying, “The ball’s deep in the bushes.” It’s not exactly the most emotional connection, but at least we have confirmation now that Chad’s personality is definitely genetic.
