Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini meet in a grief support group in the series premiere of Netflix’s Dead to Me, but little else about the show is what you’d expect. Unless you expected Netflix to renew the dark comedy for a second season, in which case, yeah, you really hit the nail on the head there. Creator Liz Feldman announced the renewal Monday night at Netflix’s “FYSee” event for the series. Feldman will serve as showrunner and EP for Dead to Me season two, and that’s just about all you can know about what’s headed Jen and Judy’s way.
