Joining others in the entertainment industry, Tiffany Haddish is now protesting Georgia’s “fetal heartbeat” abortion ban by refusing to perform in the state. According to CNN, the Secret Life of Pets 2 star has reportedly postponed a stand-up show scheduled for June 22 at Atlanta’s Fox Theatre “until they withdraw Measure HB481.”

“After much deliberation, I am postponing my upcoming show in Atlanta,” the comedian and actress said in a statement. “I love the state of Georgia, but I need to stand with women and until they withdraw Measure HB481, I cannot in good faith perform there.” The controversial bill was signed into law by Governor Brian Kemp in May, and effectively bans abortions after six weeks. A spokesperson for the theater told CNN that ticket holders will be refunded.
