Oh, Brothers: And the creamy Disney–Tim Allen comedy goodness (The Santa Clause, Wild Hogs) keeps on coming as Allen commits to co-write and star in Brothers, a comedy about a pair of racially mixed adopted brothers who must put aside their differences to clear their names. Allen and co-writer Matt Caroll will begin work on the script as soon as Allen finishes filming the teaser trailer, in which he and Martin Lawrence run down the street comically bickering with their ankles chained together. No Stopping Jason Isaacs: Jason Isaacs, best known as Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter films, Captain Hook in the 2003 Peter Pan, and the guy who killed all of Mel Gibson’s kids in The Patriot, joins the cast of the John Cusack thriller Stopping Power in the role of the villain. As an experiment, Isaacs will perform the role while asleep, with both hands tied behind his back. [HR]
