Bale Will Be Back: Ain’t It Cool News reports that Christian Bale will take on the role of savior-of-humanity John Connor in the forthcoming McG-directed Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins. Waters Goes Seven Days for Universal: Director Mark Waters (Mean Girls) will helm Universal’s comedy-drama Seven Days, written by National Book Award finalist Joshua Ferris, which chronicles seven pivotal days in a man’s life over the course of twenty years. Ferris will complete work on the script after the end of the WGA strike, which should be somewhere between seven days and twenty years from now. [HR]
