Here’s something we expect to confuse us a bunch this Oscar season: The name of George Clooney’s character in Jason Reitman’s Best Picture–contending Up in the Air is Ryan Bingham. Also named Ryan Bingham: the writer and singer of “Weary Kind,” a Best Original Song candidate from Crazy Heart, the movie for which Jeff Bridges will presumably win a Best Actor statue.
