Good news: Rivers Cuomo is going home. Hospitalized since last week after this scary-sounding bus accident led to a punctured lung, broken ribs, and a cut to his spleen, Cuomo has been given the go-ahead to head back to L.A. Unfortunately, he can’t fly right now owing to his injured lung, and instead must get back on a bus for the journey.
