Last night, we brought you as many details as we could find about the shocking Seaside punch-out of Jersey Shore’s resident backflipper, Shnickers Snooki. We said it at the time, but that singular moment of unbridled violence makes the incident on Real World: Seattle where Stephen slapped Irene look as comparatively tame as Jackie Gleason threatening Alice with a “Straight to the moon!” backhand on The Honeymooners. Well, the New York Post has learned the identity of the man who shockingly dropped Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi with a right-cross and, wouldn’t you know it, he’s a local gym teacher!
Brad Ferro, 24, was arrested in Seaside Heights on charges of assault and disorderly conduct at the witching hour (a.k.a. 2 a.m.) back on August 19. Ferro, who until recently was still working as a gym teacher at North Queens Community HS, had apparently been over served and ended up decking Snooki after, get this, stealing her drink! What a goon! Ferro is still employed by the Department of Education, but he currently has been assigned to one of his district’s “rubber rooms” for supervision.
Oh, and just in case you were curious, Shnickers Snooki was not seriously injured and has fully recovered. Phew!
