When we caught up with Michelle Trachtenberg last night at the premiere for her latest film Cop Out, this weekend’s Kevin Smith–directed Tracy Morgan–Bruce Willis buddy-cop movie, we wondered if she was friends with any police officers herself. “When we were shooting in deep Brooklyn we had to make friends with the police, because we had to keep the drug sellers and whatnot off the corners, so that was fun,” she told us. “It’s unfortunate, because clearly [the drug dealers] were skinnier than me and I was like, ‘Those people cannot be in my eye line.’”
