T.I. was moved to a halfway house in December, but he’ll soon get to go home for good: MTV is reporting that March 26 will be the last day of the rapper’s prison term, meaning he’ll have done ten months of his original year-and-a-day sentence. He’ll still have to do 20 to 60 days of home confinement, which is cool with us, because the last time that happened a pretty great album came out of it. We’re also supposed to be getting a new T.I. single, “I’m Back,” on Monday, which we already feel safe saying is the best halfway house–recorded song we’ve ever heard. [MTV, MTV]
