Woody Allen Names a Movie Early for Once

In a break from standard protocol, Woody Allen has revealed the name and details of an upcoming project before its completion. The director’s Midnight in Paris will star Wilson, Marion Cotillard, Rachel McAdams, Kathy Bates, and Carla Bruni and center on “a family traveling to the city for business, including a young engaged couple that has their lives transformed throughout the journey. The film celebrates a young man’s great love for Paris, and simultaneously explores the illusion people have that a life different from their own is better.” As you know, Woody typically waits to see the finished product before giving it a name — if it’s good, he’ll give it an attention-getting title; if it’s bad, a less flashy one — so he must have either felt confident about Paris’s potential (pretty bold name, we think) or just stopped giving a crap altogether. Either way, this one sounds okay to us.
