Now that we have an official, non-camera-phoned version of the trailer for J.J. Abrams’s top-secret Super 8 (in theaters summer 2011!), the real scrutinizing can finally begin. Some sharp-eyed fans have already discovered this face, which makes a brief, two-frame appearance just before the movie’s title comes up. It seems to be a kid looking into the lens of a Super 8 camera, which squares with our earlier report that the movie would center on a group of children who accidentally capture an alien creature on film.
