Enter the Void Trailer: Things to Screw in Tokyo When You’re Dead

In the event that this weekend’s colorful, gamey Scott Pilgrim vs. the World doesn’t leave you feeling sufficiently lobotomized (in a good way!), Gaspar Noe’s psychedelic, sex-filled Enter the Void hits theaters and On Demand on September 24 to finish the job. In the movie, a drug dealer is killed by police but eschews a traditional afterlife in favor of floating around Tokyo in spirit form, watching over his sister. We see all action from Oscar’s POV, thus ensuring that the experience is second only to being dead and flying around Tokyo. The visuals in this new American trailer look so great that the lame-seeming dubbed English audio is only slightly nervous-making. We’re sold.
