Conor Oberst wrote this one in protest of a recently passed, detainment-friendly new Nebraska law (similar to Arizona’s “show me your papers” SB 1070 bill) and played it live during a Desaparecidos/Bright Eyes reunion concert in Omaha this weekend. The video’s not so great, but the audio is just fine.
