Sesame Street may be a production of the Children’s Television Workshop, but its new music video is too hot for children’s television, period. TMZ is reporting that after an advance clip was released of a cleavage-baring Katy Perry singing “Hot and Cold” on the show, parents were so scandalized that the number will now be cut from its intended New Year’s Eve broadcast. A rather harsh reaction, considering that her scene partner Elmo wasn’t wearing anything at all. [TMZ]
