Bob Dylan doesn’t appear on TV very often, but when he does, you can rest assured that he will pop up in the most head-scratchingly random places, whether it be a Victoria’s Secret commercial or a cameo on Dharma and Greg. Therefore, his brief sojourn into basic-cable reality this week (via an aggressive autograph hunter on the History Channel’s Pawn Stars) should come as both a weird surprise and no surprise at all; much more unexpected, however, is how agreeable Dylan seems during the encounter and how much he appears to be turning into director Tim Burton.
