Bret Easton Ellis’s Screenplay Involving Sharks, Hostages Closer to Being a Movie You Can See

Word of Bait, a movie written by Bret Easton Ellis, first surfaced back in November 2009. According to Variety, the film now has a director and a production company, which means we’re that much closer to seeing Ellis’s vision of “a disturbed woman” (though, in earlier reports, it was a disturbed man) hold “a group of American students hostage in shark-infested waters.” Will they die of prune-y fingers, or will the sharks get them first?!
