Last season, Dr. Drew cast Heidi Fleiss and Tom Sizemore, whose past combative history led to the kind of sniping and lashing out that seemed perfect for The Surreal Life but antithetical to recovery. This year, the doctor has invited Janice Dickinson and Jason Davis, who trade schoolyard taunts of “You’re fat and disgusting” and “You’re old and plastic,” while Dr. Drew and his staff furrow their brows and plead with them to be nice.
