Well, this is odd: A 44-year-old photographer named Michael Vazquez claims he was “assaulted, battered, beat and threatened” by Kanye and his security team at a 2008 Casio G-Shock event at which ‘Ye performed. The suit, which seeks unspecified damages, says Kanye, “his agents, servants and/or employees … caused plaintiff to suffer injuries” including “physical, mental and emotional illness.” The New York Post reports physical damage may have included a dislocated shoulder.
