2011 has been shaping up to be a busy year for Mike White: Not only does he have a new series set to debut on HBO, the Laura Dern comedy Enlightened, but he’ll also be appearing again with his father on an all-star season of The Amazing Race. Unfortunately, the former commitment has gotten in the way of one of White’s other major accomplishments, landing the highly coveted gig directing bigscreen genre-bender Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. Since White couldn’t reconcile his filmmaking schedule with HBO, Lionsgate will go back out to directors soon. [Deadline]
