TMZ reports that O.G. Smashing Pumpkins bassist D’Arcy Wretzky was arrested and jailed this week in Michigan after repeatedly failing to pay an “Animals Running at Large” ticket she received in 2009 when the horses on her farm escaped and ran around town. Man, even Billy Corgan thinks that’s crazy. [TMZ]
