“I remember being on the ninth floor where Lorne Michaels’ office was, and seeing Jen come in,” Sandler recalled. “I was like, ‘Oh, my God. There’s Aniston. Is she about to be on our show?’” Aniston said she turned down the offer because the show was “a boys’ club. They thought I was making a huge mistake.” Instead, Aniston signed on for the hit NBC sitcom Friends, she said, and “did alright.” Joked Sandler, “People liked that one, yeah.”
