As if to help you get through your interminable Friday, Vulture is reporting that Archer is probably getting a third season. Duh! Do you think they’d blow something so genius? Negotiations are allegedly “well under way,” and will hopefully be finished in time for FX’s upfront to advertisers early next week. The length of the negotiations suggests that the channel might be signing on for a multi-year renewal. The fact It’s Always Sunny got signed for three years in 2008 means it’s more than possible.
