Christina Aguilera’s Got More Legal Trouble

Last time it was a public-intoxication arrest, so this one’s a bit more palatable: A company called TufAmerica is suing Aguilera’s label, Sony Music, saying they were not properly compensated for a sample of “Hippy Skippy Moon Strut” by Dave Cortez and the Moon People that showed up on Aguilera’s “Ain’t No Other Man.” That song, by the way, was produced by DJ Premier, but so far he’s not mentioned in the lawsuit — which means more negative publicity exclusively for Christina Aguilera. Tough break, kid. [TMZ]
