So long, Perfect Couples, we barely knew ye. NBC has decided to pull the struggling show from the air with two episodes left unaired. But what of Olivia Munn, official representative of all women working in comedy? At least she still has a job at The Daily Show, albeit one that has her working once a month or so. But still, this is a real blow to comedy gender equality. Stay strong, Olivia.
In Perfect Couples place, The Paul Reiser Show will kick off on April 14th. The show, which appears to be some sort of watered-down version of Curb Your Enthusiasm, doesn’t look super promising. But hey, let’s all agree to keep an open mind and give it a fair shake, OK? We can take the high road here.
