It’s Cougar Town Wednesday here at Vulture, where the writers and actors of ABC’s on-vacation comedy put on a show just for you. Today’s installment of their Writers vs. Actors series is an Inception-like nesting doll of a standoff, with grievances appearing within grievances. It begins with a profanity-spewing Busy Philipps complaining that the writers always deliver their scripts late, but then spins off into an entirely different bonus beef. Bonuses: the definition of a “mega-rita,” some withering acting critiques, and footage of a slacking real-life ABC executive!
