There are so many shows premiering this week that I cannot waste any time and have to get right into talking about them right now.
First, we’ll have Comedy Central’s Sports Show With Norm Macdonald premiering on Tuesday night. Adam deduced that it sounds like it’ll be “a 30 minute monologue on sports every week?” And that sounds great. Kind of? I mean it sounds terrible but when you remember that it’s Norm Macdonald it sounds great.
Then on Wednesday we’ll have the first episode of Happy Endings, the newest show on ABC’s comedy lineup (which will feature all new episodes this week). You can see the trailer here. Let’s all give it a shot!
Then we’ll have the premiere of the Paul Reiser Show during NBC’s Thursday night lineup (also all new this week). Remember when he said Splitsider in that promo? Exciting!
Otherwise, there are a bunch of fun late-night talk show guests to check out, including Mike Birbigia (on Kimmel tonight), Ricky Gervais (Tuesday on Letterman), Aziz Ansari (Wednesday on Letterman), and a bunch more.
Then there is honestly nothing on TV over the weekend so I guess just close your eyes until next Monday. And check out the rest of the listings!
