Eric Stonestreet will not be pigeonholed as an over-the-top gay clown school alumni! No, the Modern Family star is going to play a decidedly different role in Loft, which is about “married friends who bring their mistresses to the same loft and eventually discover an unknown woman dead in the space.” If this were set in NYC, the most realistic reaction would be excitement over the potential lower rent, but I’m guessing that’s not where this movie goes.
